Lock into leadership
GLS Next Gen is a transformational leadership experience designed for the next generation. Through worship, practical input, meaningful conversations, and community, we want to help young people discover what it means to be locked in to their identity, purpose, and influence.
This conference is for students, young adults, dreamers, creatives and leaders between 16 – 26 who want to grow in confidence, faith, and leadership. Whether you already see yourself as a leader or are still figuring things out, GLS Next Gen is an invitation to lock in and take the next step in your journey.

Weekend Program
GLS Next Gen: Locked In offers a unique blend of experiences tailored for young leaders. From inspiring keynote speeches to hands-on workshops, each session is crafted to ignite passion and foster growth. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in small group discussions, participate in breakout sessions, and connect with peers who share a vision for positive change. Our event is designed to challenge and inspire, providing the tools needed to lead with confidence and purpose.
Leadership is not a position you grow into, it’s a response to who God has already called you to be.
